Question by vball babe: How to get back to previous fitness level,with injury.? Ok. I'm 19, not overweight, or anything but i have "visceral" belly fat, and I know thats not healthy. I have played sports like soccer, basketball, volleyball,etc. my whole life. Usually middle of the pack with speed, leg/core strength etc, lower end with upper body strength.
